For this reason, every member of our sales team is Non-Commissioned, which means that our salespeople are salary based with customer service and volume incentives (nothing to do with profit and everything to do with customer service). This allows them to simply focus on YOUR NEEDS and WANTS and NOT on your pocketbook. In other words, our goal is to find you the right vehicle to meet your needs, not simply the most expensive one. Most salespeople in our industry get paid a percentage of the dealership profit, which means the more they "make" on you, the more they keep. This payment structure is largely responsible for the high pressure tactics and shark like sales behavior that consumers have grown to detest about our industry, but you won't find any of this at Subaru of Wichita.
Our "No Sharks on the Showroom" policy is strictly enforced. Most importantly, there simply is no success without adherence to the Golden Rule" Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
